Return Policy

14-day returns

You can return standard (non-customized) products within 14 days of receiving them — no questions asked. If you are not happy with your order, contact us at support@combatistry.com with your order number and we will guide you through the return.

Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

As a consumer in the European Union you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you (or a third party named by you) received the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. an email to support@combatistry.com) before the withdrawal period expires. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

Exception: customized products

Products made to your personal specification — such as custom posters created from your aircraft details or photos — are excluded from the right of withdrawal (Art. 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU) once production has started. To protect you, we always send a design preview for your approval before we produce a custom item. If a custom product arrives damaged or differs from the approved preview, we will of course replace it or refund you.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return shipment).
• The refund includes standard shipping costs you paid, if any.
• Items should be returned unused and, where possible, in their original packaging.

Damaged or lost orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us and we will find a solution together, based on your statutory rights.
